Description

Renovation of a mixed-use development in Syosset, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a laboratory facility.

Sealed proposals are requested for the SCIENCE RESEARCH LAB AT SYOSSET HIGH SCHOOL, CONTRACT HS-G3 - GENERAL CONSTRUCTION WORK. Bidders can obtain complete digital sets of bidding documents, plans, and specifications online or in hard copy for a nonrefundable fee. Bidders' deposits will be refunded if sets are returned in good condition within thirty days following the award or rejection of bids. A pre-bid conference and walkthrough is scheduled at Syosset High School, attendance is highly recommended but not mandatory. The contract will be awarded to the lowest qualified bidder who meets the required security, experience, technical, and budget requirements, in compliance with the specifications. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any informality, and accept the bid deemed in the best interests of the School District. Instructions include obtaining documents from specified sources, returning documents for possible refund, paying for packaging and shipping if required, and attending the pre-bid walkthrough if possible.
