Romulus Community Schools is soliciting sealed bids for Structured Cabling projects. Bidders must submit their responses in duplicate, using a sealed, opaque envelope labeled as specified, and also upload a complete electronic copy on the Triple R bidder portal. Bids must comply with all requirements outlined in the Invitation to Bid, Bidder Instructions, General Conditions, Universal Service Fund Conditions, Scope of Work, Timeline Requirements, Awarded Contract Requirements, and Products and Services Specifications. All bidders must submit an Intent to Bid Form and attend a mandatory walkthrough at the facilities where the cabling will be installed. Questions regarding the RFP must be submitted by the specified date, and all addendum questions must also be completed by that date. Bids received after the cut-off time or those not meeting the submission requirements will not be considered. Bidders are required to submit a five percent Bid Bond for proposals of $31,321.00 or greater. Required documentation includes a Bid Signature Page, Bill of Materials, Familial Disclosure Affidavit, Iran Linked Business Affidavit, and at least four references, one of which must be a school or district.
