Renovation of an educational facility in Romulus, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Bidders questions will be due to the Engineer March 19, 2026 by 2 pm (emailed). Responses, if required will be emailed as an addendum to bidders on March 23, 2026, 5pm The proposed completion date shall be: Estimated at 8 to 10 weeks following start of work. The Contractor performing the work shall be MDOT prequalified in the proposed tasks OR have a minimum of five years of experience with projects of similar construction The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to award the Contract to other than the low bidder, and to waive irregularities and/or formalities. The owner may select any or all portions of the contract.
