Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Salt Lake City, Utah. Completed plans call for the construction of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
Hogan Construction, Construction Manager General Contractor (CMGC) for Salt Lake City School District (Owner), is requesting bids for the Highland High School Rebuild – Bid Package 1, in accordance with the plans and specifications prepared by NWL Architects. Bid Package 1 includes Core Building (Div 3 Concrete, Div 5 Metals, Partial Div 7 Foundation Waterproofing) and Sitework (Div 31 Earthwork including Shoring, Div 33 Utilities, and partial Div 32 Site Work except Landscape). Bids are to be submitted directly to Hogan Construction as outlined. All project correspondence including RFI's, clarifications requests and product approval requests must be emailed to Mark Jensen ( mjensen@hoganconstruction.com ). All correspondence must include proper backup with clear description of questions, requests and references to plan pages, details, specification sections, etc. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or proposals or to waive any formality or technicality deemed in its best interest. Qualifications may be requested, before or after the bid date, of any bidder.
