Description

Renovation of a theater / auditorium in Wilmington, North Carolina. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a theater / auditorium.

The University seeks the professional service of a Commissioning Authority (CxA) to provide services for the Kenan Auditorium project through design, construction, and post acceptance. Commissioning services must be provided as defined by the latest State Construction Office manual, guidelines, and checklists. Only proposers licensed in the State of North Carolina may offer architectural or engineering services in response to this solicitation. Letters of Interest and a current SF-330 must be submitted by email.
