CAMBRIDGE AVE TO U.S. 62/82 WESTBOUND FRONTAGE ROAD The major work consists of reconstructing Donald Preston Drive from an existing 5-lane section, maintaining the existing alignment, profile, and curb line elevations, and adding a westbound dedicated right turn lane for the proposed United Development. Bidders must fill out the Certificate of Interested Parties Form 1295 and submit it to the Project Manager before the contract will be presented to the City Council. The City reserves the right to waive minor informalities or irregularities, reject any and/or all proposals, award contracts for individual products or services as advantageous, and negotiate terms as necessary. Each bidder must furnish a bid guarantee equivalent to five percent of the bid price, and if providing a bid bond, must use a surety company authorized to do business in Texas.
