The project consists of rehabilitation of the existing concrete pavement for the four streets with approximately 4,000 linear feet of proposed 7-inch concrete pavement with 8-inch lime stabilized subgrade and 6-inch concrete curb. Work also includes reconstruction of the existing sidewalk with approximately 3,900 square yards of proposed 5-foot sidewalk and ADA pedestrian ramps where needed; replacement of approximately 2,800 square yards of existing residential driveways and aprons; drainage improvements consisting of replacing the existing storm sewer system with approximately 3,000 linear feet of circular reinforced concrete pipe ranging from 18-inches to 42-inches and approximately 50 linear-feet of 23-inch by 36-inch arched reinforced concrete pipe; water line offsets for areas where the proposed storm sewer system is in conflict with the existing water line; traffic control, miscellaneous signage, stormwater pollution prevention measures, site restoration, and other items to facilitate construction of the project.
