Questions must be received 3 calendar days prior to the date for opening of Bids. Installation of a new structural steel framing, supporting a new monorail and electric hoist system to serve the existing aeration basins at Lander Street Water Renewal Facility. The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to: structural steel, braces, supports, foundations, procurement and installation of mechanical hoist system, and electrical improvements necessary to provide power to the hoist system. Bids will be prepared per the specifications detailed within the Solicitation document(s). A Bid Security in the form of a bid bond, certified check, cashier's check, or cash in the amount of Five Percent (5%) of the amount of the bid is required. Bids will be received electronically via the JAGGAER Platform.
