No definite date for award Question Deadline 03/27/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer and Owner in writing. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. The project involves milling and resurfacing Anoka Avenue in Avon Park, Florida. Work includes milling and resurfacing the existing asphalt road as specified in the Scope of Work, shoulder stabilization in select areas per the Roadway Plans, and existing sidewalk additions, repairs, and accessibility retrofits. Bidders must be appropriately licensed and qualified General Contractors with proven experience in similar projects. Bidders are required to submit a Bid Bond equal to 5% of their proposed contract amount, and Payment and Performance Bonds for 100% of the contract amount will be required. Contractors are responsible for compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws and ordinances. The owner reserves the right to waive or reject any or all bids or any irregularities.
