The City of Laredo invites interested parties to submit proposals for a Recycling Materials Recovery Facility for the City of Laredo Solid Waste Department, subject to terms, conditions, and other contract provisions. Electronic proposal submissions through Cit-E-Bid are strongly encouraged as the preferred method for proposal delivery to ensure timely receipt and efficient processing. Hand-delivered proposals will also be accepted at City Hall in a sealed envelope clearly marked per instructions. Proposals must be received by 5:00 p.m. on the due date. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any minor irregularities.
