Bids are requested for construction of fiber-to-the-premise (FTTx) in the Lincoln County communities of Deer Meadows and Seven Bays and construction of aerial and underground fiber backbone between the intersection of Hawk Creek Road and Blue Grouse Road and the intersection of Miles Creston Road N. and Hume Road E. Contractors must be licensed, bonded, and insured in Washington State and must not be banned from receiving federal funds. All work must comply with state prevailing wage rates and strong labor standards. Contractors are encouraged to commit to local hires. Bids must include a five percent (5%) bid guarantee in the form of a cashier's check or a bid bond from a licensed bonding company.
