Furnishing of all material, equipment, labor, and supervision necessary or incidental to the Bridgeland Prairieland Village Sec 90 Water Distribution System, Non-Potable Water Distribution System, Sanitary Collection System, Storm Drainage System, and Street Paving, including approximately 2,750 LF of 8-inch waterline and all appurtenances, 350 LF of 8-inch non-potable waterline and all appurtenances, 2,250 LF of 8-inch sanitary sewer and all appurtenances, 2,400 LF of 24-inch thru 54-inch RCP and 350 LF of 7'x4' thru 12'x6' RCB storm sewer and all appurtenances, 9,000 SY of 6-inch subgrade preparation, 8,500 SY of 6-inch reinforced concrete pavement, 3,700 LF of 4-inch reinforced concrete curb, and 1,800 LF of 6-inch reinforced concrete curb. Bids must be accompanied by a cashiers check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance bond, a payment bond, and a maintenance bond for the full amount of the contract.
