Scope of Work includes furnishing all material, equipment, labor, and supervision necessary or incidental to the construction of Cypress Lakes Street Dedication Phase 1 Water, Sanitary Sewer, Storm Sewer Facilities, and Reinforced Concrete Paving. The work comprises approximately 1,210/2,660 LF of 8-inch/12-inch water line and all appurtenances; approximately 4,636 LF of 8-inch sanitary pipe and all appurtenances; approximately 2,460 LF of 6-inch force main pipe and all appurtenances; and approximately 3,323 LF of 24-inch through 60-inch (6x6 & 5x5 RCB) storm sewer pipe and all appurtenances. Instructions to bidders: Sealed bids will be received at a specified office until the designated deadline and must include a bid bond or certified/cashier's check in an amount not less than two percent of the total bid, as a guarantee. If a certified or cashier's check is provided, the original must be delivered within one business day of bid opening. Bidders may review and obtain bid documents by registering on the provided website. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive defects and irregularities in the bidding process, except for the time for submitting a bid. The successful bidder will be the most responsible and advantageous for the project's economical completion.
