Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Gold Beach, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility; and for paving for a transportation facility.
The scope of work consists of: 1. Slurry Seal, Type I, on Runway 16-34, Taxiway A, and connector taxiways A1, A2, and A3; 2. Installation of pavement marking for Runway 16-34, Taxiway A, and connector taxiways A1, A2, and A3. Bidders must submit the required first-tier subcontractor disclosure form within two hours of the bid closing time. Bidders whose bids and/or disclosure statements are received after the stated times will be considered non-responsive, and their bids will not be considered. Contractors must be qualified in accordance with the applicable parts of ORS 279C to enter into a contract. Bidders must submit qualification statements in accordance with the terms of subsection 20-02 of the General Provisions (FAA) with their Proposal. Proposals without qualification statements will not be accepted. The contract will be funded partly by a Federal Aviation Administration grant and will be subject to federal requirements including, but not limited to, Buy America Preferences, Civil Rights-Title VI Assurances, Davis Bacon Requirements, Debarment and Suspension, Disadvantaged Business Enterprise, Foreign Trade Restrictions, Lobbying Federal Employees, and Recovered Materials. All applicable federal provisions are included in the specifications. Bids must be submitted on the prescribed forms and accompanied by certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond executed in favor of the Port in an amount equal to ten percent of the amount bid. No bid shall be considered unless the bidder is licensed by the Oregon Construction Contractors Board or the State Landscape Contractors Board. The Port reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any irregularities, and to accept the bid deemed in the best interest of the Port. Est.
