Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Boardman, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; and 28,500-square-foot sidewalk / parking lot.

The project includes: reconstruction of approximately 4,360 linear feet of roadway along N.E. Front Street, N.E. 3rd Street, and N.E. 4th Street; construction of approximately 2,030 linear feet of new roadway extensions for N.E. 3rd Street, N.E. 4th Street, and N.E. Boardman Avenue; construction of approximately 900 linear feet of alleyway, 28,500 square feet of sidewalk, and 7,700 linear feet of curb and gutter; storm drainage improvements including installation of drywells, catch basins, and approximately 760 linear feet of storm drainpipe; domestic water main improvements including installation of approximately 2,000 linear feet of 8-inch polyvinyl chloride domestic water line; installation of utility stub-outs for future developments; street lighting improvements along N.E. Front Street and N. Main Street; and parking improvements, together with all other work required to complete the project as specified and as shown on the drawings. The contract is subject to the applicable provisions of ORS 279C.800 through ORS 279C.870, the Oregon Prevailing Wage Law. The project has an expected duration of 240 calendar days.
