Box 200, Boardman, OR 97818 and to be given consideration must be received at least four days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids. The Port of Morrow may reject any bid not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, and may reject for good cause any or all bids upon a finding of the Port that it is in the public interest to do so. The bidder must be registered with the Construction Contractors Board. Work consists of, but may not be limited to, the following estimated unit cost quantities; Work consists of: 1. Drilling, constructing, and developing up to nine (9) alluvial monitoring wells at Port of Morrow Farms 4, 5, and 6 (See Figure 1 for locations). This is a PORT OF MORROW Public Works Project. Bidders must be Prequalified as specified in Section 00120.00 of the Special Provisions for this Project. This project is subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870 (BOLI Prevailing Wage Rates). Licensing for asbestos abatement under ORS 468A.720 is not anticipated for this project. A Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the bid amount is required with the proposal. Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of the contract bid amount will be required of the successful bidder. The port of morrow will award the contract within thirty (30) calendar days of the bid opening. Contractor shall include an estimated start date with the bid schedule. The contractor shall complete all work required in the contract by january 30, 2026. The contractor shall provide an email address, a mailing address, phone and fax numbers when plans are requested.
