Demolition, site work and new construction of a clubhouse / community center in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the construction of a one-story above grade clubhouse / community center.

Construct eight new transit comfort stations at seven sites across Winnipeg, including electrical service at all sites, site sewer and water servicing at six sites, and reconstruction of an existing bus loop with new bus loop lighting at one site. Work includes constructing permanent, single-stall, serviced, heated washroom buildings with secured access for the exclusive use of Transit bus operators. Specific work at each site includes building comfort stations, coordinating with Manitoba Hydro for electrical service, installing water and wastewater connections, sidewalk construction, site grading, landscape restoration, and, where applicable, additional work such as demolition of existing structures, bus loop reconstruction, installation of concrete platforms, crosswalks, bike racks, lighting, and bollards. At the Silver Avenue site, supply and install a wastewater holding tank and obtain the corresponding permit. The contractor is responsible for obtaining all necessary permits for occupancy, including electrical, plumbing, and mechanical permits for all sites.
