Description

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and road / highway.

The scope of work includes asphalt reconstruction, mill and fill, asphalt pulverization and overlay, and thin bituminous overlay (TBO) at St. Vital Park Roads, English Place, and various other locations. The work involves removal of existing pavement, excavation, sub-grade compaction, placement of separation filtration geotextile fabric and Class A geogrid, supplying and placing subbase and base course materials, placing asphalt pavement, planing existing asphalt, placement of overlays, pavement repair fabric, topsoil and sod, full depth concrete repairs, curb renewal, adjustment of catch basins and manholes, catch basin lead repairs, renewal of concrete sidewalks, and all associated works.
