The work consists of the supply of hotmix asphalt for patching operations from May 1, 2026, until November 15, 2026, with an option for a one-year extension, to be negotiated within ninety calendar days prior to the contract expiry. The supply will be on an 'as required' basis as authorized by the Contract Administrator or Users. The City is not obligated to purchase any quantity of any item in excess of its actual operational requirements and reserves the right to alter the type or quantity of work or terminate the contract with thirty calendar days' written notice. Changes to the contract require written approval by the Contract Administrator. Bids must be submitted online.
