The contractor shall provide comprehensive maintenance and support services for the Government Owned Omnicell Automated Dispensing Cabinets (ADCs), software, hardware, and related peripherals owned by the Veterans Affairs Loma Linda Healthcare System Pharmacy. The contractor will supply all labor, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, parts, software, travel, supervisors, and qualified personnel required to perform PMIR services. Maintenance and support includes corrective maintenance to address malfunctions or failures, supply and installation of replacement parts, software updates and patches, 24/7 technical support via phone and email, emergency service response within four hours, on-site support for non-emergencies within one business day, training for pharmacy staff, and provision of all necessary documentation. The contractor shall provide maintenance reports, emergency and non-emergency service request reports, comply with all federal, state and local regulations, ensure all work is performed by qualified personnel, and maintain data confidentiality and security. The contractor must possess a 30-hour OSHA safety card. All work and personnel must meet required safety, insurance, and performance standards. Bidders must provide a capabilities statement with qualifications and proof of certifications and education required by the SOW.
