The purpose of this amendment is to upload "Solicitation - W912LR26QA011" to the attachments section without making additional changes. The requirement is for the supply, installation, configuration, and maintenance of an access control system consisting of eleven CAC reader units at PRARNG facilities in Buildings 540, 769, and 770 at Fort Buchanan and at Camp Santiago Joint Training Center. The contractor shall provide reporting and management software capable of supporting all connected devices, and all units must meet or exceed specifications listed in paragraph 5.0 of the Scope of Work. The system includes configuration and maintenance of all AMAG access control panels, software, power supplies, batteries, and HID PIV card readers with keypads at all required doors. AMAG software shall be configured to read all government-issued cards, and door hardware and conduit shall be installed as needed. The period of performance, including material delivery and acceptance, is 120 calendar days. Contractor employees shall complete Level I OPSEC training within 10 days of reporting and annually thereafter, with certificates submitted to the contracting office. Award will be made using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Part 12 as a firm-fixed price contract, based solely on the lowest price meeting all specifications. Only new items with manufacturer warranties are acceptable. Offerors must be registered in SAM and Wide Area Workflow. Quotes must include CAGE code information and fully completed SF-1449 sections as prescribed. Questions must be submitted through the contracting office by March 17, 2026, and responses are expected by March 24, 2026. Offers are due March 27, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. EST. A site visit will be held on March 12, 2026, at Fort Buchanan and Camp Santiago, and attendees must register by March 10, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. EST with required personal information for base access. Visitor identification and vehicle documentation must be presented upon arrival. Information provided during site visits will not change solicitation terms unless a written amendment is issued. A record of the conference will be posted publicly and will include all questions and answers on a non-attribution basis.
