Sealed bids are requested for the Sycamore Township North Connectivity Project. Bids must be properly labeled and delivered to the specified address by the stated deadline. Bidders must provide a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond according to Ohio Revised Code, and submit the full names of all parties involved, evidence of experience on projects of similar size and complexity, and a complete listing of all subcontractors. The contractor must comply with prevailing wage rates and be pre-qualified by the Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) at the time of bid submission, award, and throughout the contract. Only ODOT pre-qualified contractors are eligible, and the prime contractor must perform at least thirty percent of the total contract price. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive informality. Bids may not be withdrawn for sixty days after bid closing.
