Question Deadline 03/20/2026 Offeror shall provide and install onsite a pre-manufactured storage building on a concrete slab at the Mill Creek Barrier Dam, 798 Evans St., Cincinnati, OH 45204. The proposal shall include pricing for all material, equipment, installation, and shipping costs for a complete turn-key structure. The proposal shall also include required design drawings for permitting, permits, and inspections as may be required by applicable local, state, and/or federal requirements. The scope of work for this project shall include but is not necessarily limited to the following: a minimum of 4000 square feet, 36 ft x 115 ft, steel construction (painted), insulated walls and roof, gutters, five commercial grade steel 12'x14' garage doors (non-insulated), and two commercial grade steel man-doors (with deadbolt locks). The services to be obtained are concrete repair and rehabilitation of existing concrete driveways, vertical concrete walls, concrete elevated slabs, concrete joints, and structural concrete support members at SMU's Barrier Dam Pump Station facility. provide concrete spall and crack repairs at the west ramp, discharge bay, and transformer platform structures. replace expansion joint seals at the west ramp, discharge bay, and transformer platform structures. provide new bearing enhancements at beams 17 and 19 at the south end of the transformer platform. provide steel repairs for the underdeck tie at the southwest corner of the transformer bay platform. This is an online bid divided into three volumes. Volume One is the Bid information and does not need to be returned. Volume Two is the Forms and questionnaires that must be completed. Volume Three is the Excel pricing sheets and must be completed in the highlighted areas and returned as an attachment with the signed forms in Volume Two.
