General Requirements - Insurance Required The City of Mount Clemens is accepting proposals for work related to (1) Covered Final Clarifier at the Mount Clemens WWTP; 1750 Clara St., Mount Clemens, MI 48043. The Contractor will supply parts, materials, and machinery to complete the job and state the warranty of the work completed. A. Section includes: 1. Rehabilitation of (1) one clarifier including: a. New Clarifier Drive Unit. b. Rebuild Existing Clarifier Drive Unit as a Spare. c. New Center Column. d. New Drive Cage. e. New Influent Well with Energy Dissipating Well Sections. f. New Scum Blade, 4' Scum Beach with supports and Flushing Device. g. New 4'00" 304 SS Skimmer Assembly. h. New Truss Section with Plow Blades and 304 SS Squeegees. i. New A-Frames, Tie Chord A-Frames with SS threaded rod and HDG Clevis. j. New HDG Suction Header. k. New Manifold with seal and clamp kit. l. New Weirs and Baffles from 11-guage 304 SS. V-notch weir sizing and spacing shall match existing. Provide Stainless steel supports, brackets, and hardware. m. Stainless Steel Bolted Connections n. Abrasive blasting and finish painting of the rebuilt Drive Unit Mechanism, Truss Section, Plow Blades, Center Column, Center Cage, Scum Beach, Scum Blade, A-Frame, Tie Chord, Influent Well, Baffle Sections, and Manifold. o. Suction Header to be hot dipped galvanized after fabrication. p. Bridge Unit (s) handrail, kickplate grating and control box will be reused and reinstalled.
