Reference Number 0000419535 The project consists of all necessary work for the modernization and maintenance contract for the five (5) elevators at Martha T. Berry Medical Care Facility. This modernization will cover all elevator work required by the attached specifications. The project will be a "turnkey" project, with the selected elevator contractor serving as the prime for all related work needed to comply with the current building and elevator codes applicable in the State of Michigan. The modernization will involve replacing the existing power units/hoist machines, installing new controllers, and installing auxiliary equipment as specified. Each car will include an allowance for new cab interiors, covering materials, and labor costs. The schedule is vital to this project. Please provide estimated lead times with your submittal.
