As of May 27, 2026 project was awarded to Ziwa Corporation, awarded amount is $65,592.14. The work consists of labor, supervision, materials, and equipment for the demolition of specified sidewalks, entryways, and structure and construction of new ADA accessible entrances to CCRMA offices at 3461 Carmen Avenue and 3470 Carmen Avenue, Rancho Viejo, TX. 78575. Payment for the project will be made as defined in the specifications. The contract time includes mobilization and materials procurement and must be substantially complete within sixty (60) calendar days after the initial notice to proceed, with an additional ten (10) calendar days allowed for final acceptance. Sealed bids are required. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Guarantee consisting of either a Bid Guarantee Check or a Bid Bond in the amount of at least five (5) percent of the total bid amount. The CCRMA reserves the right to accept or reject any part of any bid, hold bids for 60 days, waive technicalities, require statements of bidder qualifications, and award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder. All work must comply with applicable ADA regulations and civil rights laws. Copies of bid documents may be requested by contacting GMS Architects and providing a working email address for receipt of addenda or clarifications.
