Site work and new construction of a medical facility in Cheyenne, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the construction of a 4,000-square-foot medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility.
The project involves the new construction of a 40' x 100' metal building for the Roger Mills County Emergency Medical Services District. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope inside of the addressed envelope, with the envelope containing the bid clearly marked with the bid number and bid opening date. All bids must be original and cannot be emailed or faxed. The Board of County Commissioners of Roger Mills County reserves the right to waive minor technicalities under the specifications, to reject any and all bids or parts of bids received, and/or make an award to other than the low (high) bidder if such award is deemed to be in the best interest of the county. Labor & materials to construct a new engineered steel 40 x 100 x 14 metal building, rough in plumbing, foam insulation, overhead doors, walk door and 3 windows as per plans. Must meet all state and local building codes. Structure measures approximately 4,000 sq ft. Owner will furnish land, lot preparation, grading, fill dirt and utilities.
