New construction of a water / sewer project in Cheyenne, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the construction of a 2,400-square-foot water / sewer project.
The scope of work is the new construction of a 40' x 60' metal building for Roger Mills Rural Water District #2. Instructions to bidders require that all bids must be submitted as sealed originals in a clearly marked envelope with the bid number and opening date. Bids must be delivered physically; they cannot be emailed or faxed. The Board of County Commissioners of Roger Mills County, Oklahoma reserves the right to waive minor technicalities, reject any or all bids or portions thereof, and make an award to a bidder other than the lowest or highest if such an award is deemed to be in the best interests of the county. Labor & materials to construct a new engineered steel 40 x 60 x 16 metal building, rough in plumbing, foam insulation, overhead doors, walk door and 6 windows as per plans. Must meet all state and local building codes. Structure measures approximately 2,400 sq ft. Owner will furnish land, lot preparation, grading, fill dirt and utilities.
