Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Marlboro, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The project involves the installation of concrete sidewalk and curb as well as the reconstruction of curb ramps at various locations in the Township of Marlboro. The work includes installing new concrete sidewalk on Newman Springs Road (CR520) between Gordons Corner Road and Truman Drive, replacing the existing asphalt walkway with concrete sidewalk on CR520 between Mitchell Court and NJSH Route 79, and reconstructing existing curb ramps along School Road West. Bidders are required to comply with Equal Opportunity Employment and Affirmative Action regulations, and disclosure provisions. All required bidder information is contained in the bid documents. Any references to "Proposal" or "Proposer" in the specifications are to be understood as Bid or Bidder. Prospective bidders must check the township website for any addenda before submitting, as failure to do so may result in bid rejection.
