The City of O'Fallon, Missouri is soliciting sealed bids for the project known as Demolition of 207 Church Street & 103 S. Main Street. Contract documents, including specifications, are on file at the office of Drexel Technologies and are available for public inspection. Copies of the documents may be obtained from Drexel Technologies for a listed fee. Interested vendors should submit sealed bids clearly marked 26-019 Demolition of 207 Church Street & 103 S. Main Street to the City of O'Fallon, Attn: Christine Grabin, Purchasing Agent, 100 North Main Street, O'Fallon, MO 63366. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive any irregularities. The City also reserves the right to select the lowest and/or best bidder as determined by the City in its sole discretion.
