Site work and paving for a road / highway in Hartington, Nebraska. Completed plans call civil work for a road / highway.
Sealed bids will be received for the construction of two chip seal projects and asphalt concrete patching, referred to as "Cedar County 2026 Chip Seal & Patching." The work includes approximately 20,393 square yards of chip sealing on about 1.58 miles of roads and 110 tons of asphaltic concrete for patching, type "SPR" on bridge approaches near Harington, NE in Cedar County. The project covers all labor, materials, transportation, and equipment required for chip sealing, asphalt patching, milling for inlays, and related incidental work. Bidders must submit their proposals on furnished forms and include an unconditional Bid Bond or Certified Check of 5% of the Bid Proposal amount. Bidders must also provide an estimated time of beginning and completion for the project with their proposals. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a surety bond or bonds equal to or greater than the contract amount within ten days of contract award. The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive irregularities in received bids. Hartington North: 883rd Road and N.
