Sealed bids are requested for Project No. 8355: Jordan Road Elementary School New Flooring under an overall lump sum contract. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing the bidder's name and the project number on the outside lower right-hand corner. The bidder or its sub-contractors must be classified by the State of New Jersey – Division of Property Management and Construction in the C015 Flooring/Tile classification. Bidders must include evidence of their pre-qualifications, including the current DPMC "Notice of Classification", "Total Amount of Uncompleted Contracts", and Business Registration Certificate with their bid. Bidding must conform to all applicable requirements of NJSA 18A:18A-1 et. seq., Public School Contracts Law.
