Project mobilization and demobilization of all necessary construction/project equipment and/or temporary structures. 2. Installation, maintenance, and removal of erosion and sedimentation controls as shown on the Construction Plans. 3. Sawcut and remove existing asphalt walkway 4. Remove existing concrete abutments, concrete pier, concrete bridge deck, concrete walls, asphalt walkway surface, and steel railings. 5. Excavate for and install new concrete abutments and new concrete wingwalls. Alternate bids are requested to place capstones on each wingwall top and to surface each wingwall face with cultured stone. 6. Install paved walkways. 7. Final site grading and stabilize all disturbed areas with seed and mulch. The pedestrian bridge will be supplied and installed by others. The Contractors shall coordinate schedules accordingly.
