eciConstruction is seeking bids from subcontractors and suppliers for the general construction contract work for the additions and renovations of Falcon Fields in Hummelstown for Lower Dauphin School District. The project generally consists of modifictions and expansions of existing parking areas, grandstands, and new field houses. Start Date June 8th 2026 Substantially completed by May 1st, 2027. Full and final completion shall be by June 1st, 2027. Prime Base Bids will be received for the following: Base Bid A - General Construction Work Base Bid B - Plumbing Work Base Bid C - Mechanical Work (HVAC) Base Bid D - Electrical Work Base Bid E - Site Work. Bid security in the amount of 10% of the bid must accompany each bid in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders. The successful bidder must furnish to the School District a Performance Bond and a separate Payment Bond, each in the amount of 100% of the bid, as required by the "Public Works Contractors' Bond Law of 1967" and in a form acceptable to Owner. This project is subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act, Act No. 442 as amended. No cash allowances are included in the project.
