Bids are to be submitted on the forms furnished in the bid package. All bidders must be qualified to perform the work and shall complete the required Bidder Forms contained in the contract documents. All bids and bid prices shall be in accordance with the federal Davis Bacon Prevailing Wage Act, and the successful bidder shall pay no less than the Davis Bacon Wage Rates determined for the project as stated in the Contract Documents. Award of the Contract, if the contract is awarded, will be to the lowest responsible bidder, however Owner reserves the right to reject any and or all bids on any basis and to waive any informality in the bidding, as permitted by law.
