2026 City Wide Road Resurfacing Program, Bid No. 26.12. Bidders are required to submit a bid guarantee in the form of a bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid, not to exceed $20,000.00, along with consent of surety from a bonding company. Bidders must comply with the New Jersey Local Public Contract Law, Affirmative Action regulations, the New Jersey Prevailing Wage Act, New Jersey Contractor Business Registration Certificate requirements, and the Public Works Contractor Registration Act. No oral interpretation of the specifications shall be provided by the Purchasing Agent . In order to be given consideration , written requests for interpretation must be received at least ten ( 10) days prior to the date fixed for opening of the bids . *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
