The County of Passaic is requesting bid proposals for Split Rail Fencing Supplies, Project SB-26-022, to provide competitively priced options to purchase split rail fencing, such as 11' pressure treated rails and 3-hole posts (line, end, and corner). Bid proposals must be submitted on the forms supplied by the County, including one original, two copies, and one electronically stored copy on a CD or USB Flash Drive. Proposals can be submitted via hand-delivery, certified mail, or overnight delivery to the Passaic County Purchasing Division at the specified address. All respondents are required to comply with the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination, the Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action Rules, and all other applicable laws, regulations, or ordinances concerning affirmative action goals and equal employment opportunity. The County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive minor informalities when authorized by law. Event bid date Notes : Bid proposals can be submitted in three (3) ways: (1) via hand-delivery (2) via certified mail; or (3) overnight delivery. Late proposals or bids will not be accepted.
