The Sunshine Coast Regional District is requesting that suppliers provide quotations to supply and deliver Sodium Carbonate (Na2CO3), known as Soda Ash, to the Sunshine Coast for the treatment of the Regional District’s drinking water. The Regional District intends to enter into an agreement with multiple Suppliers. Submissions can be made through BC Bid Electronic Submission (for pre-authorized electronic bidders registered on the BC Bid system), by email to submissions@scrd.ca following the instructions in Section 1.3 of the General Terms and Conditions, or by hard copy with ONE (1) hard copy and ONE (1) electronic copy on a USB Drive delivered by hand or courier to Sunshine Coast Regional District, 1975 Field Road, Sechelt, BC V7Z 0A8. Proposals must be received before closing time to be considered. Event bid date notes : Regardless of submission method, proposals must be received before Closing Time to be considered.
