The selected consultant will provide on-call, as-needed services in support of the Authority's Wayfinding & Signage Program. Services may include, but are not limited to: development of wayfinding and signage plans; campus-wide wayfinding assessments and gap analyses; passenger flow and journey mapping studies; updates and refinements to the Wayfinding Master Plan; recommendations for integrating digital and dynamic wayfinding technologies; benchmarking and best-practice reviews; ADA and code compliance evaluations; feasibility studies and construction phasing plans; assessment studies including data collection and facilities inventories; development of conceptual, schematic, and detailed signage designs; establishment and updating of graphic standards; coordination of digital content design; preparation of mock-ups, visualizations, and presentation materials; preparation of program definition documents, design intent drawings, message schedules, and location plans; documentation of sign families and message hierarchies; assistance with bid specifications, cost estimates, and phasing strategies; coordination with fabricators, architects, and contractors; development and updating of design guidelines and technical specifications; assistance in creating and implementing signage asset management systems; field surveys and as-built verifications; facilitation of meetings, presentations, and stakeholder coordination; program management and project tracking support; quality control reviews of third-party signage submittals; and project management. Bidders are instructed to submit sealed electronic responses via the designated e-Procurement Platform by the specified deadline. All required forms, questionnaires, and certifications must be completed as directed. Only timely responses submitted through the Platform will be accepted; late, hard copy, email, or fax submissions will not be considered. Responses must be concise, clearly organized, and address all minimum requirements and evaluation criteria. Additional instructions to bidders include the need to familiarize themselves with all solicitation documents, submit questions through the specified platform by the deadline, and refrain from including links or images in narrative fields. Respondents must not contact Aviation Authority Board members or staff regarding the solicitation, and must adhere to all other procedural, legal, and ethical requirements as outlined. The Aviation Authority's intent is to enter into a Professional Services Agreement for a five (5) year period. Services to start on or around August 1, 2026.
