Paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Blackfoot, Idaho. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; educational facility; and educational facility.
Sealed bids are being accepted for the roof replacement project at Blackfoot High School (partial replacement), Independence High School, and Donald D. Stalker Elementary School. Contractors interested in submitting bids may obtain roof replacement specifications by contacting the Director of Facilities. Bidders may meet on-site with district representatives beginning April 9, 2026, at the specified schools and times. Sealed bids must be delivered to the Blackfoot District Office and received by 11:59 am on Thursday, April 23, 2026. Faxed or emailed bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened and read aloud in the boardroom at 12:00 noon on April 23, 2026. Bidders must possess a current and valid public works license. The school district reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any irregularities or informalities, and to accept the bid deemed most responsive to the needs of its facilities.
