The Liquor Distribution Branch requests proposals for inspection, preventative maintenance, repair or replacement, and certification of all fire suppression and detection systems. Details of this requirement are provided in the Request for Proposals document and its attachments. Proponents must participate in at least one site visit at each location to be eligible to submit a Proposal. Proponents do not have to participate in both site inspections to be eligible to submit a Proposal. Submissions must be submitted using either BC Bid Electronic Submission (by pre-authorized electronic bidders registered on the BC Bid system) or by email to svp.solicitations@bcldb.com, including the opportunity description and ID in the subject line, and in accordance with the instructions in Section 2.0.
