This Request for Proposals is an invitation by Simon Fraser University to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of Mechanical Trade Contractor for Cooling System Upgrade (Major Equipment Supply Only) - TASC1 at SFU Burnaby campus. The selected proponent will be requested to enter into negotiations for an agreement with SFU for the provision of the Deliverables based on the term sheet attached as Appendix A to the RFP. It is SFU’s intention to enter into an agreement based on the term sheet attached as Appendix A to the RFP with only one legal entity for this project. See full detail in the RFP package.
