Site work for a mixed-use development in Burnaby, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Construction of the Burnaby Fleet EV Charging Station Parking Lot. This Contract includes demolition of the existing parking lot, associated supply and installation of EV chargers, lighting, communication gateways, and a solar canopy. The Work includes all civil, mechanical, structural, and electrical installations specified in the Contract specifications and Drawings. Works include: 3,330m2 of asphalt paving, 220m of concrete curb and gutter; 92m of 250mm PVC storm sewer, 70m of 150mm CB lead; 6 catch basins, 2 manholes; 210m of perimeter fencing; 56 EV charging stations ; and 1 solar canopy Documents can be obtained from www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca.
