This request for supplier qualification is for the design and supply of Optical Ground Wire (OPGW) for the PGGT and GTTT projects. It is the first stage of a two-stage competitive selection process. Based on a review of the received responses, a limited number of qualified suppliers will be selected to participate in a subsequent request for proposals, which may lead to an award of a contract for the services. Delivery or completion date is January 2028. Submissions must be made electronically using the BC Bid system, and only pre-authorized electronic bidders registered on the BC Bid system can make a submission. Supplier registration or re-registration in the new BC Bid platform is necessary in order to respond to any opportunity. Failure to comply with BC Bid requirements is at the supplier's own risk. All responses should be in English. Changes to the opportunity such as Q&As and addenda will now be posted in the Addenda tab on the BC Bid platform.
