Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Frisco, Colorado. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The Summit County Facilities Maintenance Department is seeking proposals from qualified professionals for masonry restoration and concrete replacement services. Proposals will be evaluated based on qualifications, relevant experience, schedule, and cost. Proposals may be submitted electronically or by hardcopy. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder who best meets the requirements of Summit County and the public interest. The Summit County Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive irregularities or informalities, and to conduct such investigations or negotiations as deemed necessary to select the most responsible and responsive proposal.
