Sealed proposals are requested for the construction of the Sanitary Sewer Improvements 2026 for the City of Boonville. Bidders must comply with the Copeland (Anti-Kickback) Act and the Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act as indicated in the contract documents. The award of contract is based on competitive bidding and satisfactory performance of past work with the City. The selection is determined by summarizing the applicable low base bids and City Council selection based on past performance. The City of Boonville reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive all informalities. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of ninety days after the specified time for receipt of bids. Copies of bidding documents may be obtained at MECO Engineering Co., or by email request for digital copies at no charge. Paper copies require a nonrefundable charge.
