Description

Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Denton, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The major work consists of Phase 2A Street Lighting Improvements, which includes the installation of approximately 40 streetlights along with all associated conduit, fixtures, and foundations. Sealed bids are to be submitted for the construction of these improvements. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or a certified or cashier's check in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount bid, serving as a guarantee that the successful bidder will enter into the Contract and execute the Bonds and provide the required insurance certificates within seven days after notification. Bidders must submit written evidence of qualifications, such as financial data, previous experience, present commitments, and any other data called for in the contract documents. The right is reserved to waive irregularities and accept or reject bids. Both projects will be awarded together to a single bidder.
