Sealed proposals are requested for approximately 5,050 tons of various size aggregates including 2,000 tons of 1B cleaned and washed, 1,500 tons of 2B, 1,000 tons of 2A, 200 tons of 3A, 200 tons of 4B, and 150 tons of R4 rip-rap (4 x 12). Bids must be submitted for delivery at both the plant and the Township barn. All materials must meet PennDOT standard specifications. Proposals must be completed on forms provided by the Township. Each bid requires a certified check or bid bond for 10% of the bid amount, made payable to the Municipality. Forms, specifications, and instructions can be obtained at the Township Office. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
