Site work for a civil project in Hope, Arkansas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The scope of work consists of furnishing all materials, labor, and all activities required to provide and install an engine-driven, self-priming pump station at the City of Hope's West Wastewater Treatment Plant, as shown on the plans. Separate sealed bids are requested. No bid may be submitted by facsimile or similar equipment. Bidders may not withdraw their bids within 60 days after the date of bid opening and must provide bid bonds as required. All bidding processes shall be in accordance with State law. Contractors must refer to the Arkansas State Licensing Law for Commercial Contractors. Resident Bidders should refer to Act 150 of the 1965 Acts of the Arkansas Legislature, and Non-Resident Bidders should refer to Act 162 of the 1987 Acts. Contractors must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to obtaining a contract or agreement for a project receiving Federal and/or State funding. The Owner encourages all small, minority, and women business enterprises to submit bids for capital improvements. General contractors are encouraged to consider these groups if subcontracting portions of their work.
