Water Treatment Plant Operations Building Structural Repairs :- Work includes Water Treatment Plant Roof Replacement and Rehabilitation consisting of various structural, mechanical, and electrical components. The project duration is 90 days for Substantial Completion and 120 days for Final Completion. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered through the designated website. Prospective bidders are urged to register as plan holders. Small and minority-owned firms and women's business enterprises are encouraged to participate. The project is subject to the Build America, Buy America Act (BABAA) requirements. All iron, steel, manufactured products, and construction materials used in this project must be produced in the United States, except for waivers for De Minimis, Small Grants, and Minor Components. The successful bidder must not appear on the Sam.GOV disbarment list and is required to furnish separate 100% Performance and Payment Bonds. The Performance Bond must remain in effect for one year after final acceptance. No bidder may withdraw a bid within 60 days after bid opening.
